On the route
For a vending route, this NVR handles up to eight cameras, which covers most single-location or small multi-location setups. The H.265+ compression is a practical benefit because it extends how long you can record before the drive fills up. Since the listing states the NVR is not included with an HDD, you must budget for a separate hard drive. Remote access is straightforward via the free Anpviz Viewer app, so you can check on machines from your phone without paying for cloud storage. Be aware of the connectivity note: if you use Anpviz U-series cameras, you need a PoE switch or power adapter to configure them first. This unit is a functional backend for your security system, provided you handle the storage and network setup yourself.
